Job summary

UCP of Western Massachusetts is seeking an Assistive Technology Regional Center (ATRC) Program Manager in Pittsfield, MA. The role oversees the 30-day loan center, conducts outreach, trainings, and technical assistance to individuals, families, and professionals, and collaborates with statewide AT Centers.

You will manage loan operations, patient data, and program documentation while coordinating with the Sr.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associates degree or coursework preferred.
• Experience managing an equipment inventory is desirable.
• Experience with data entry is desirable.
• Minimum of one year of assistive technology services preferred.
• Three years in human services with adults/children with disabilities is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support the short-term 30-day Assistive Technology Loan Center, coordinating requests, loans, and pickups.
• Maintain accurate loan records, borrower communications, and device condition notes.
• Provide documentation for clients and complete contract deliverables.
• Offer technical assistance on assistive technology options, funding pathways, and service navigation.
• Provide troubleshooting for UCP Remote Support Monitoring clients.
• Plan outreach, demonstrations, trainings, and community education on assistive technology.
