Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Technical Consultant to evaluate, install, test, troubleshoot, and support software solutions for ATMs and cash recyclers. The role focuses on delivering customer-ready software in diverse environments, with rotation into security, performance, and integration tasks to broaden expertise.

Candidates should be prepared for shift work and dynamic priorities while maintaining a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in ATM or kiosk self-service industries.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer sciences or a technical discipline.
Technical project leadership experience.
Experience with Windows 7/10, networks, TCP/IP, IT services, and client/server architectures.
Experience creating and delivering group presentations.

Responsibilities

Analyze, Install, Configure, Troubleshoot.
Perform functional analysis of requirements to determine effort for software in customer environments.
Configure base software in customer environments.
Conduct unit tests, track problems, and implement changes per test plan.
Diagnose and remediate system failures due to software issues.
Establish acceptance criteria and quality goals.
Provide estimates, goals, standards and dependencies for SOW and software plan.
Lead QA in end-to-end testing and resolve issues during testing.
Support acceptance, certification and pilot activities.
Prepare software for distribution and ensure installability.
Provide field support during lab installations, certifications, and training.
Lead analysis and resolution of customer testing issues.
Production support and hot fixes coordination with QA.
