Job summary

Cook Solutions Group in Idaho Falls / Pocatello, ID is seeking a Full-Time ATM Service Technician to keep banking clients' ATM systems running smoothly. This role focuses on second-line maintenance, repair, and diagnostics across ATM hardware and software.

You will install and maintain ATM products, troubleshoot components, perform software reloads, and coordinate service calls while delivering top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–5 years of technical service, electronics, or ATM repair experience.
• NCR Certification is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service mindset and willingness to train on advanced systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain ATM products from multiple manufacturers.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electronic ATM components.
• Perform software reloads, preventative maintenance, and cleanings.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily service calls.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Keep detailed service reports and documentation.
• Maintain spare parts inventory.
• Occasionally handle ATM cash access situations under strict protocols.
• Support fellow technicians and learn new systems, including security hardware.
