Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Customer Engineer Representative I to install, maintain, and repair equipment within an assigned territory, ensuring continuous operations and high customer satisfaction. The role includes responding to incidents, performing Tier I maintenance on ATMs and kiosks, and supporting site preparation and minor testing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Windows XP and Windows 2000.
• Experience in PC hardware maintenance and support.
• A+ Certification.
• ITE or Polytechnic in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
• Good problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal/customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair equipment within an assigned territory/region to assure continuity of customer operations.
• Own customer problems or incidents until resolved to customer satisfaction and SLAs.
• Perform work on low complexity products; make minor repairs and replace components on Tier I equipment.
• Assist in site preparation, installation of cable, staging of equipment, and minor testing.
• Escalate to appropriate teams when needed and maintain accurate reporting of calls and activity.
