Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented with the ability to prioritize daily assignments to meet deadlines.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills to provide quality customer service to branch and sales staff.
• Knowledge of NetImage, ISView and RUMBA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and bill AA and Business Star accounts through setup, branch maintenance forms, service register and manual input of currency/coin orders.
• Import weekly and monthly processing files for service charges (Deluxe, RemitOne, DDE).
• Reconcile and certify tax impound Bancontrol accounts.
• Provide backup to the AA systems administrator for daily maintenance and month end processing, statement printing and billing.
