Qualifications

• Banking back office experience in a banking institution required.
• FIS IBS Insight systems experience is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and people skills.
• Integrity and dutifulness.
• Available to work overtime as needed.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with sensitive deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
• Adhere to policy and procedures and attendance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performing GL balancing/reconciling
• Process Return Items, Non-Post and Exception Transactions, Foreign Items, ATM Balancing, Adjustments
• Handle customer’s inquiries clearly via phone and email
• Conduct research and administer the creation, reproduction, and use of bank records accurately and timely
• Operate with minimal supervision and may need to exercise independent judgment in completing assignments
