Responsibilities

• Board and process all ATM related claims.
• Maintain knowledge of Visa and Star's claim regulations, Federal Regulation E and Z and Bank policies for resolving disputed transactions.
• Make outbound calls to customers to verify ATM transactions.
• Independently provide technical and analytical support to various departments and branches.
• Performs ATM settlement and research; participates in special projects and other duties.

As ATM Central Processing Specialist:

• Board and process all ATM related claims.
• Maintain a working knowledge of Visa and Star's claim regulations, Federal Regulation E and Z, and the Bank's policies and procedures resolving disputed transactions.
• Make outbound phone calls to customers in order to verify ATM transactions.
• Independently provide technical and analytical support to various departments and branches.
• Performs ATM settlement and research.
• Participates in other special projects and performs other job-related duties.

Requirements

Must be detail oriented to ensure all facts have been discovered and effects of recommendations have been identified. Must maintain confidentiality of data and individuals opening claims.

Two-to-three years' progressive experience in banking operations desired. Must possess strong PC and math skills with a working knowledge of TS, Excel and Word software. Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills are required.
