Job summary

Hancock Whitney in Gulfport, MS is seeking a NOC Analyst to monitor the ATM network, branch network, and mainframe batch processing to ensure SLA compliance and rapid response. The role supports 24x7x365 operations and requires effective communication with vendors and internal teams.

You will dispatch work orders, track issues, assist with scheduling and recovery planning, and help maintain security & documentation for NOC activities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a college or technical school.
• One to two years related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook email program.
• Knowledge of Database software; Internet software.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the Hancock Holding Company network daily for any events that fall outside normal operating parameters.
• Dispatches and creates work orders with vendors and staff to maintain high availability.
• Notifies appropriate staff and vendors of any network issues.
• Assists with scheduling, tape management, and ATM monitoring duties.
• Ensures security and policy compliance of the NOC.
• Provides field support to restore ATMs to a live state.
• Supports business recovery testing and execution.
• Communicates professionally with vendors and HHC employees.
