Job summary
Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an experienced Network Operations Infrastructure Analyst (NOC – Senior Specialist) to support the national telecom and computing infrastructure. You will ensure high availability, performance, and customer satisfaction across 24/7 operations in a large-scale environment.
The role requires hands-on experience with VMWare, mainframes, Windows/Linux servers, and network technologies, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Professional experience of at least 3-5 years in IS Operations as a Computer Operator or Operations Analyst.
- Experience monitoring host systems (MVS, Linux, Windows) and LAN/WAN technologies.
- Experience with at least two core technologies among: VMware, Mainframe hosts (z/OS), MPLS/Ethernet, Windows servers, and client/server systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform console operations, production batch support using Control-M, and provide second-level technical support.
- Support a range of technologies including VMWare, Mainframes (z/OS), Unix/Linux/Windows servers, and SD-WAN/MPLS networks.
