Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking an ATM Manager to lead the ATM Operations and Support department in the Erie region. You will guide daily operations, coordinate deployments, and provide technical leadership to staff under the Director of Item Processing.

The role requires strategic planning, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations while maintaining high availability of ATM services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field.
• 6–8 years experience managing an ATM fleet of 200+
• 3–5 years supervising people (onsite and remote)
• 3–5 years banking or financial services experience

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning for the ATM Operations and Support department.
• Oversee daily technical, supervisory and production aspects of the ATM department.
• Coordinate project management for ATM-related initiatives and deployments.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and federal/state regulations.
• Direct maintenance, vendor management and disaster recovery planning for ATMs.
