Job summary

Zions Bancorporation's Enterprise Technology and Operations team seeks an ATM Coordinator (IT Technician) to keep our ATM fleet operational. Based in Midvale, UT, this full-time role focuses on troubleshooting network, hardware, and software faults and coordinating with vendors and bank staff.

You will manage inbound calls, coordinate ATM moves and maintenance projects, and provide timely solutions while ensuring compliance with banking operations and security standards.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent and some experience with ATMs and ATM systems or related banking operations.
• Ability to coordinate with affiliate bank staff and vendors by phone on ATM projects and requests.
• Strong communication skills, problem solving, and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Coordinate ATM moves, adds and changes with vendors and IT.
• Manage ATM maintenance projects and system updates.
• Facilitate vendor meetings and track problem resolutions and service issues.
• Provide troubleshooting for branch network issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
