Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. You will perform installation, repair, software loading, preventive maintenance, and on-site support, with occasional travel and on-call duties.

The ideal candidate has electronics knowledge, ability to read voltmeters, and can train bank staff. Associates degree in electronics or equivalent experience is preferred; 3–5 years in field service is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent field service experience.
• Prior ATM experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel domestically as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software, and maintain ATMs in a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Work with support departments to provide end-user maintenance.
• Maintain SLA per customer contract.
• On-call duty with compensation.
