Job summary

Hyosung - North America is seeking a Field Service Engineer responsible for the maintenance and support of ATMs in Madison, Wisconsin. The role includes installation, repair, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal ATM service. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience and a strong background in customer service.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and routinely travel. This position may require on-call duties and offers competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain ATMs in the designated territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements.
