Job summary

Cash Depot in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Cash Operations Technician to manage cash operations and perform first-line maintenance on ATMs, Smart Safes, and AirVac equipment within your territory.

You will replenish cash, perform cash pulls, deliver coins, and ensure secure cash handling while building strong customer relationships. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record are required; a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED mandatory.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clean driving record essential.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Replenish ATM cash inventories and perform cash pulls.
• Deliver coins and process deposits, following cash-handling procedures.
• Complete route assignments accurately and on time.
• Clear ATM jams and perform routine machine diagnostics.
• Escalate advanced issues to the technical support team.
