Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Field Service Technician in Southern New Jersey to represent the Client brand and perform basic diagnostics at the module level. You will plan your time, maintain parts inventory, and report progress on service calls.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues from calls and ATM logs, owning problems until resolution, and following security procedures with financial equipment. A high school diploma and basic tools are required; an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, 0–1 year of related experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• An Android smartphone to receive work orders and access documentation.
• Basic tools: #1 and #2 flathead and philips screwdrivers are most common.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Client brand and perform basic module-level troubleshooting.
• Perform minor maintenance, repairs and component replacement at module level.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Provide status reports throughout service repair and report calls promptly.
• Diagnose problems from calls and error logs on the ATM.
• Ensure issue ownership until resolution per SLA; escalate when needed.
• Follow security procedures when working with ATMs and financial institutions.
• Complete Client-specific training and certifications.
