Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. The role includes on-site repair, maintenance, and occasional training of new field staff, with potential travel and on-call duties.

The ideal candidate has an electronics background, solid troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lift heavy parts. Strong customer service and adherence to security procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of field service experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro‑mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain ATMs within assigned territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal and external support for maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on ATMs.
• Manage spare parts and inventory processes.
• Complete administrative reports on time.
• On-call duty with flexible hours; travel may be required.
• Follow all security procedures and policies.
