Job summary

Cennox is seeking an ATM Field Service Technician in Akron, OH. The role provides on-site technical support for customers, performing installation, maintenance, and training on equipment. You will work with dispatch to schedule calls and document service activities.

A strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and customer-service focus are essential. Requirements include 3+ years in field service with low voltage electronics, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems.
• Alarm/CCTV or ATM experience is a plus.
• Military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support and repairs of customers’ equipment, may include training customers on proper use of equipment.
• Communicate with Dispatch to maximize productivity; document troubleshooting, repairs, parts used, and status of equipment.
• Drive company vehicle to customer locations as directed by Dispatch and respond to repair, install, or maintenance calls.
• Organize and manage paperwork, inventory tools and parts.
• Initiate orders for replacement parts and correct orders as needed.
• Perform administrative duties, meetings, timesheets, and ticket analysis.
• Provide weekly vehicle maintenance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
