Job summary

Talentify in Lexington, KY is seeking a Field Service Technician / Customer Engineer to troubleshoot, service, and maintain ATM equipment in the field. You will perform module-level maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics, guided by training provided by the company.

This role requires basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, 0–1 year of related experience, and the ability to learn quickly. You will visit financial institutions, report progress, follow safety procedures, and support customers with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year related experience.
• Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Android smartphone with access to work orders and documentation.
• Basic hand tools, including #1 and #2 flathead and Phillips screwdrivers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and maintain ATM equipment at the module level.
• Provide status reports during the service repair process.
• Diagnose problems from service calls and ATM logs.
• Take ownership of customer issues through resolution.
• Follow security and safety procedures in financial environments.
• Complete required training and certifications.
• Accurately report service calls and activities.
• Organize and plan time effectively for service activities.
• Apply routine procedures and complete standardized activities.
• Escalate issues when appropriate.
