Job summary

Bank of America Merrill Wealth Management is seeking candidates for the Advisor Development Program to become a Financial Advisor. You will work with high-net-worth clients, assess needs, and deliver comprehensive investment recommendations with mentorship.

You'll collaborate with Merrill Advisor Teams to grow your book, manage client relationships, and complete mandated training while building a long-term career in wealth management.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses; 63 & 65 in lieu of 66.
• Minimum of one year in financial services or sales with targets met.
• Knowledge of investment products and client needs assessment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with partners.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings.
• Position Merrill/Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collect client profile data following KYC to open accounts.
• Provide investment recommendations based on client objectives and risk.
• Document interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
