You will work with high-net-worth individuals to identify needs, develop relationships, review financial goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations aligned with client objectives.

You will be mentored by Merrill Financial Advisor Teams, build your book of business, and grow through a structured academy with training and coaching for success.

Qualifications

• Holds Series 7 and 66 licenses (63/65 in lieu of 66 acceptable).
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or sales with target attainment.
• Proven ability to engage and influence clients and prospects.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings.
• Position Merrill/Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collect client profile data following KYC to open accounts.
• Provide investment recommendations aligned with client goals and resources.
• Document client interactions in Salesforce.
