Job summary

American Welding & Gas (AWG) is seeking driven Territory Managers to lead sales growth across two Atlanta-area territories: Atlanta West/West Georgia and Atlanta South/South Metro Atlanta.

You will build new customer relationships, grow existing accounts, and drive profitability in your assigned territory while coordinating with local branches and leveraging company resources to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Outside Sales Experience or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of welding and gas products helpful but not required.
• Industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the territory business through solution selling of gas products and technology.
• Develop and execute plans to grow existing customer base.
• Negotiate pricing and project scope with customers.
• Maintain CRM for planning and time management.
• Develop long-term relationships with strategic customers.
• Manage AR balances to minimize financial risk.
• Collaborate with branch managers to promote sales at retail locations.
• Attend to customer issues and expedite resolutions.
• Complete sales profitability analyses and data sheets.
