Job summary

American Welding & Gas, Inc. is seeking motivated Territory Managers to drive sales across the greater Atlanta metropolitan area. You will lead growth in two territories: Atlanta West/West Georgia and Atlanta South/South Metro Atlanta, building relationships with new and existing customers.

You will manage pricing, terms, and project scope, leverage CRM tools, and collaborate with local branches to maximize profitability. Overnight travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of Outside Sales Experience.
• Knowledge of welding and gas products is helpful but not required.
• Industrial sales experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow the territory business through solution selling of gas products and technology to new and existing customers.
• Develop and execute plans to maintain and grow the existing customer base.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions and project scope with customers.
• Utilize CRM platforms for planning, scheduling, and time management of the territory.
• Develop long-term relationships with strategic customers and grow a portfolio of accounts.
• Coordinate with local branches to promote sales at retail locations within the territory.
