Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group partners with an established structural steel fabricator in Atlanta to add a Project Manager who will own projects from contract handoff through delivery, ensuring cost, schedule and quality targets are met.

The role requires coordinating customers, contractors, detailers and vendors, managing contracts and schedules, and visiting sites as needed. Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel and Word will support leading backlog-driven work and growth to larger assignments.

Qualifications

• Structural steel project experience.
• 5–7 years project management experience; developing PMs also considered.
• Confidence reading construction drawings.
• Strong organisation, communication and project ownership.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating customers, general contractors, detailers, vendors and erectors.
• Managing contracts, purchase orders, RFIs and changes.
• Coordinating project schedules, fabrication and deliveries.
• Preparing monthly cost projections and supporting pay applications.
• Leading job meetings and visiting sites as required.
