The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in trademark law, providing essential support to attorneys by managing dockets, coordinating client communications, and facilitating the trademark prosecution process.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings. A competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $85,000 based on experience is offered, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of trademark legal assistant experience, preferably in an intellectual property law firm.
• Experience supporting TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings; trademark litigation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. trademark prosecution, post-registration practice, and docket management.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of U.S. and international trademark prosecution.
• Assist with TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings.
• Maintain trademark docketing systems for accuracy.
