Sapling Financial Consultants Inc. is opening an Atlanta office and seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to build a regional sales function from the ground up.

You will recruit and lead a small team of sales professionals, cultivate relationships with Private Equity firms, Investment Banks, and related leaders, and drive Sapling’s growth in Atlanta and adjacent markets. You will operate with a can‑do attitude, manage a regional pipeline, and report to senior leadership on revenue

Responsabilidades

• Aggressively prospect and expand the Atlanta client base, targeting PE firms, banks, CFOs and lenders.
• Execute the strategic plan to drive revenue, influence demand, and close deals.
• Partner with senior management to set sales goals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Build and lead satellite sales offices across North America.
• Represent Sapling at industry events and networking opportunities.
