Lendbuzz seeks a Market Development Manager to lead a regional sales field team in Atlanta, GA. You will build dealership partnerships, drive growth, and coach Account Managers to exceed volume and quality targets.

This role requires a six-day work week, strong local market credibility, and a hands-on leadership style. You’ll partner with underwriting and sales to deliver a seamless dealership experience while scaling market share.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive lending, F&I, indirect auto, or dealership partnerships
• 2+ years leading a field sales team
• Proven track record of expanding territories and growing dealer production
• Strong dealership relationships in local market
• Willingness to travel and six-day work week

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow the Market Own territory expansion strategy
• Develop and coach talent by mentoring Dealership Account Managers
• Build and strengthen dealer relationships with high-touch service
• Drive field production with best-in-class selling and partnership behavior
• Create market intelligence by translating field insights to strategy
• Partner across underwriting, credit, and internal sales teams to ensure a unified dealer experience
