Responsibilities

• Handles inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings and positions capabilities of Merrill and Bank of America.
• Collects client profile data following KYC procedures and opens accounts as appropriate.
• Acts as interim Financial Advisor, recommending suitable investment products and servicing client accounts.
• Documents all client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
