Job summary

Bank of America Merrill Wealth Management is seeking candidates for the Advisor Development Program to train as a Financial Advisor. You’ll develop relationships with high-net-worth clients, assess financial goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations aligned with client objectives.

Role involves collaboration with Merrill Financial Advisor Teams, mentorship from experienced advisors, and building a scalable practice while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• Current Series 7 & 66 (63/65 in lieu) licenses required.
• Minimum 1 year working in financial services or sales with targets met.
• Minimum 1 year in investments with product knowledge and services.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings.
• Position Merrill/Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collect client profile data and perform KYC to open accounts.
• Provide recommendations based on objectives, resources, horizon, risk, and preferences.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce.
