Job summary

Bank of America’s Advisor Development Program seeks individuals passionate about transitioning into a Financial Advisor role, working with high-net-worth clients to assess needs, develop relationships and deliver integrated financial guidance.

You will collaborate with Merrill Financial Advisor Teams, build a robust book, and pursue ongoing training and certifications while meeting regulatory requirements and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Current Series 7 & 66 licenses, or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66.
• Minimum of one year experience in financial services or sales with goals met.
• Minimum of one year experience in investments industry and knowledge of investment products.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and build trust with clients.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a book of business to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Source prospects, leverage referrals, and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Recommend investment products aligned to client objectives and risk profiles.
• Document client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce accurately.
