Job summary

Confidential Recruiting Partners is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow a defined territory within the Atlanta metro area. The role focuses on developing new business, expanding accounts, and supporting customers across commercial and residential construction projects.

The candidate should excel at relationship building and interpreting architectural drawings to prepare accurate quotes.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
3+ years of outside sales experience in building materials or related fields.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Experience selling architectural glass, metal products, or specialty building materials preferred.

Responsibilities

Field travel—visit customers 4–5 days per week using a personal vehicle.
Territory prospecting—identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
Quote preparation—review drawings and specs to generate accurate quotes.
Order coordination—collaborate with internal teams and contractors for smooth execution.
Account management—maintain and grow relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and project stakeholders.
