Job summary

Apt is expanding its IT and professional staffing business in Atlanta and seeks a true hunter to lead net-new growth. You’ll own the Atlanta territory, open mid-market and enterprise accounts, and build lasting, high-billing relationships with CIOs, VPs, and procurement leaders.

There is a differentiated delivery engine and uncapped variable comp designed for high performers who create opportunities from scratch. You’ll work with senior leadership to shape the territory and strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BD or outside sales in staffing (IT, professional, or technical).
• Proven track record opening net-new accounts—not managing inherited business.
• Established Atlanta-area professional network.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and develop net-new accounts across the Atlanta metro — mid-market and enterprise companies with active IT and professional staffing needs
• Navigate buying structures at the VP, CTO, and procurement level to drive executed agreements and lasting partnerships
• Build a high-quality pipeline using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and direct outreach
• Collaborate with leadership to tier targets and build pursuit strategies that close
• Maintain CRM hygiene in Bullhorn — pipeline, activity, signings, and milestones tracked
• Represent Apt at Atlanta-area networking events, associations, and market touchpoints
