SmartStop Self Storage is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across stores in the Atlanta, GA area. You will drive performance by managing staff, recruiting, coaching, and ensuring superior customer service.

The role requires hands-on leadership and travel between sites to maintain standards and deliver results. Base pay starts at $90,000 with quarterly bonuses and potential annual bonuses up to $120,000, reflecting company performance and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district store activities and operations to meet customer, staff, and company goals.
• Achieve revenue targets by meeting/exceeding monthly budgets.
• Conduct audits to ensure standards are met across stores.
• Direct daily staff activities and scheduling; provide feedback.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff as needed.
• Lead by example and coach teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Travel within the designated area to stores and training sessions.
