• Proven track record of top tier performance.
• Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, motivate and retain a dedicated team across multiple locations.
• Drive sales and customer experience through coaching on service and sales strategies.
• Oversee delinquencies, property audits, safety compliance and vendor management.
• Grow the district by analyzing trends and implementing strategies.
