Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting for construction and electrical projects in the Atlanta area. You will source top candidates, build internal and external relationships, and coordinate interviews with HR Business Partners to fill staffing needs.

You will also promote Ace Electric at career fairs and maintain a pipeline of candidates ready for deployment to job sites, with bilingual English/Spanish being a bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience (construction/electrical preferred).
• Experience recruiting for mission-critical projects is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit top-tier candidates for all positions.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to fill staffing needs.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with HR Business Partners.
• Build a network of candidates ready for deployment on job sites.
• Attend career fairs in the Atlanta area and promote Ace Electric as an employer of choice.
