Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for field, office, and leadership roles across multiple states. You will partner with hiring managers, field leadership, and HR to attract, assess, and hire top talent in a fast-paced electrical construction environment.

This role requires seven years of experience in construction or industrial recruiting, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within construction, skilled trades, electrical contracting, or industrial environments.
• Experience supporting high-volume and multi-state hiring.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic recruiting partner for hiring managers, field leadership, and department heads.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
• Recruit for Journeymen, Apprentices, Foremen, Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, and corporate roles.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate skills, culture fit, and project needs.
• Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
• Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and direct outreach.
• Promote and manage the employee referral program.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on pipelines, timelines, and market conditions.
• Ensure compliant documentation in ATS and recruitment tracker updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes.
• Track recruiting metrics like time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
• Support workforce planning with operations and project leadership.
• Assist Director of Talent Acquisition with special projects.
