Job summary

California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) seeks an Assistant Director, Athletics and Transfer Credit Evaluations to lead Enrollment Services operations under the University Registrar. You will ensure policy compliance, equitable service delivery, and accurate processing of evaluations.

You will oversee personnel, develop reports, and collaborate on communications, aiming to improve student service and campus compliance with regulations while fostering inclusive practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience required.
• Experience supervising and training processing staff in Student Records.
• Experience coordinating an operational unit in a large, fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diverse campus community.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations and guide policy implementation for Athletics and Transfer Credit Evaluations.
• Collaborate to develop reports, monitor workload, and provide data to evaluate activities and programs.
• Develop and maintain messaging for Student Records communications to stakeholders.
• Manage personnel and establish production goals and deadlines for staff.
