Job summary

Auburn University is seeking a proactive Ticket Sales and Retention team member to build relationships with donors, faculty, students and fans, while promoting a full portfolio of ticket plans and experiences.

You will conduct outbound calls, pursue renewals, cultivate groups, travel as needed, and work weekends/holidays to meet sales goals, delivering first-class service and contributing to engagement and loyalty across the Auburn family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in ticket sales or customer service.
• Experience in intercollegiate or professional sports ticket sales is desired.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily outbound calls to promote season tickets, mini plans, group and single game tickets across multiple sports.
• Calls current and previous ticket buyers to renew and develops new leads to generate sales.
• Cultivates current and past groups and new prospects to drive ticket sales.
