Job summary

The University of Cincinnati, Department of Athletics, seeks an Assistant Director of Ticket Operations to oversee all ticketing for athletics events and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. The successful candidate will report to the Assistant AD of Ticket Operations and help supervise ticket operations across all sports.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree and two years of ticket operations experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in ticket operations.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating game-day assignments desirable.
• Knowledge of NCAA policies and university procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ticket operations for athletics events and supervise staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing and training for gameday workers and assign roles.
• Develop policies and procedures for ticket office and events; manage seating and pricing.
• Maintain system for cash control and daily reconciliation of receipts.
• Disseminate event information to campus and public via box office channels.
