Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute ticketing operations for assigned sport(s).
• Serve as game-day ticket manager; staffing, customer service, printing, passes/will call, sales and settlement.
• Reconcile daily ticket sales; prepare daily deposits.
• Maintain accurate accounting records of revenues and expenses.
• Oversee hiring, training, staffing and supervision of a large student worker group.
• Manage change banks for home event windows; reconcile and settle.
• Distribute tickets and invoicing for seasons, partial plans and single games.
• Support ticket operations at select away games.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education
