Job summary

You will manage 20–30 student employees, coordinate across Reservations, Facilities, AV/Tech Services, and Administration, and handle room setups, scheduling, and risk management to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening/weekend building operations with focus on safety and customer service.
• Coordinate outdoor event operations and support venues like McKnight Hall and 49th Acre.
• Manage 20–30 student employees: hire, train, schedule, supervise, evaluate.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Facilities, AV/Tech, and Admin teams for seamless events.
• Administer event logistics: scheduling, client communication, room setups, risk management.
• Maintain inventory and equipment under Assistant Director's direction.
• Serve as mandatory employee during inclement weather and support operations as needed.
