University of Washington is seeking a Computer Support Analyst 2 to join their Intercollegiate Athletics IT team on the Seattle campus. You will support 250+ desktops, handle on-site and virtual help desk tasks, and assist with live event technical coordination.

The role requires flexibility for overtime, evenings, and weekends to support games and events with experience in Active Directory and enterprise apps. UW benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Three years of programming or computer support experience, or one year as Computer Support Analyst I.
• Thorough knowledge of service desk management and customer service.
• Competent knowledge of Windows 95 through Windows 10.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 service desk support.
• Maintain Active Directory, SharePoint, MS Exchange, and related applications.
• Support live events and on-site/remote technical operations for UW events.
• Assist with hardware/software inventory and asset management.
