Job summary

You will supervise staff, coordinate with partners, and ensure efficient scheduling, budgeting, and program evaluation to meet division goals. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role in Greenville, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Parks and Recreation, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience and 3 years direct athletic leagues/programs administration.
• Experience with organization-operated leagues, registration, staffing, and financial performance.
• Proven strategies for league growth and tournament recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees, hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff within City procedures.
• Develop strategies to increase league enrollment, participation, and retention.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate City-operated leagues and programs.
• Market and sell athletic programs and recruit participants and teams.
• Recruit tournament directors and secure new events through City approvals.
• Assist in division budget preparation and monitor expenses and revenues.
• Maintain reports on participation, growth, and financial performance.
• Coordinate annual athletic calendar with Parks staff.
• Respond to public inquiries and ensure safety and city policies.
