Job summary

University of Washington Athletics IT Operations is seeking an Intermittent Computer Support Analyst 2 to join our team. This position supports over 250 desktops and laptops, providing day-to-day helpdesk assistance on-site and virtually, including live events coordination with UW Video and broadcasting teams.

The role focuses on systems maintenance, software evaluation, and user training, with responsibilities spanning Windows environments, Active Directory, SharePoint, MS Exchange, and IPTV

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in programming and/or computer support services of a technical nature OR one year of experience as a Computer Support Analyst 1.
• Thorough knowledge of service desk management and customer service.
• Competent level of knowledge in Windows 95 through Windows 10.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote helpdesk support for 250+ desktops and laptops.
• Coordinate with facility and event operation departments and external clients for successful events.
• Maintain development and programming for Active Directory, SharePoint, MS Exchange, and proprietary software applications e.g. Paciolan.
• Provide training on software applications and operating systems; write and maintain user documentation.
• Troubleshoot on-premises and cloud-based databases.
