Job summary

University of Washington Athletics is seeking an Intermittent Computer Support Analyst 2 to support IT operations across offices and live events. The role includes on-site and remote helpdesk support for 250+ desktops, system maintenance, and coordination with broadcasting teams to ensure smooth game-day operations.

The ideal candidate has strong service desk experience, Windows OS proficiency, AD/Exchange knowledge, and familiarity with event-driven tech environments.

Qualifications

• Three years of programming and/or computer support experience or one year as Computer Support Analyst 1.
• Thorough knowledge of service desk management and customer service.
• Competent knowledge from Windows 95 through Windows 10.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual technical support for 250+ desktops and laptops.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory, SharePoint, MS Exchange, and proprietary apps.
• Support live events and coordinate with UW Video, Pac-12, and broadcasters.
• Install, image and configure workstations and manage hardware inventories.
• Respond to user issues and maintain user documentation.
