Auburn University Athletics IT Service Desk seeks motivated students to provide frontline technical support to the athletics community. You will assist with configuring devices for campus systems, manage Duo 2Factor tasks, and monitor tickets in Service Now.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support for Auburn Athletics staff, student-athletes, and coaches.
• Assist with configuration of laptops, tablets, and cell phones for campus systems.
• Support Duo 2Factor registration and account-related tasks.
• Monitor Service Now tickets and respond to requests.
• Provide limited Football Game Day IT support including network setup and troubleshooting.
