Syracuse University is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Cuse Athletics Fund’s data and analytics strategy. You will work with CRM platforms, database development, and revenue analytics to turn data into actionable insights and timely marketing/fundraising reporting.

The role is onsite in Syracuse, NY, with limited remote work per university policy. Requires 3+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for analysis and reporting.
• Experience with data transformation and ETL tools such as Tableau Prep.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Proficiency with fundraising CRM/databases (Blackbaud CRM, Salesforce, Ellucian Advance or similar).

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary point of contact for CRM systems, including Data Insights and Blackbaud.
• Manage the relationship between the athletic development team and the university advancement Data and Analytics team.
• Support data and analytics management for the Cuse Athletics Fund.
• Automate web form processes for lead generation/creation, data acquisition, and notifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
