Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY, seeks a Senior Data Analyst for Institutional Research to develop self-service reporting and standardized data tools, enabling leadership to access accurate, timely information. You will partner with the Director to shape analytics strategy, coordinate mandatory and ad-hoc reports for accreditors, government agencies, and college guides, and ensure data integrity.

The role requires advanced analytics skills, experience with SAS/SPSS, Tableau, and ERP systems,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, CS or business analytics required.
• 5+ years’ experience in Institutional Research or related field.
• Experience with SAS, SPSS, Tableau and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, analyze, and summarize data for internal and external reporting.
• Administrate and analyze Senior, Alumni, and campus climate surveys.
• Collaborate on market research for new and existing programs.
• Coordinate offices and vendors to enhance data management, analysis and reporting.
• Summarize information to support policies, planning, and assessment.
• Maintain accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of college data.
• Support mission-based competencies in all interactions.
• Assist with course evaluations and Provost analyses.
