Job summary

La Salle University seeks an Associate Athletic Director, Compliance, to lead the athletics compliance program and ensure adherence to NCAA, Atlantic 10 Conference, and university policies. This role oversees education, monitoring, and certification for all varsity sports, supporting 350+ student-athletes and collaborating across divisions to promote academic success and community service.

The position includes supervising coaches, managing budgets, travel, and NCAA/ conference rule education,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
Experience in NCAA rules/compliance is essential.
Ability to teach NCAA compliance concepts to diverse groups.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead development and oversight of the compliance program for all varsity sports.
Provide education on NCAA and conference rules to staff, coaches, and student-athletes.
Oversee certification, APR, GSR, and federal graduation rate reports.
Investigate violations and coordinate waivers/appeals as needed.
Manage budgets, travel, and academic progress within athletic programs.
