Job summary

North Carolina Central University (NCCU) in Durham, NC, seeks a Senior Associate Director of Athletics for Compliance to lead the NCAA compliance program, certify student-athlete eligibility, and monitor financial aid and coaching activities. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Three (3) years of related professional experience.
Division I intercollegiate athletics experience.
Experience in NCAA compliance at a national office, conference office, or member institution.

Responsibilities

Ensure all student-athletes meet eligibility requirements to participate.
Coordinate with NCAA/MEAC to process eligibility for incoming freshmen and transfers.
Review and certify continuing eligibility of current student-athletes.
Monitor eligibility status and ensure timely certifications and documentation.
Provide compliance education and guidance to staff and coaches.
