Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; experience interpreting NCAA rules and educating a broad constituent base.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NCAA rules by bylaws 12-17 or 13-17.
• Serve as liaison for NIL program education and compliance.
• Monitor NIL activities and ensure reporting.
• Oversee Transfer Portal and roster management.
• Assist in NCAA annual reports and season declarations.
• Recruit and oversee Compliance Intern.
• Educate staff, faculty, student-athletes, boosters on NCAA rules.
• Develop and implement athletics compliance policies.
• Investigate NCAA violations.
• Attend regional and national conferences.
